With user-friendly PLC and HMI interfaces, operators can monitor and adjust the machine in real-time to optimize performance and achieve greater precision.
What Makes Our Machine Unique?
Auto Gauging Measurement: The machine automatically measures the component size. If the component is within the specified limits, it is unloaded. Otherwise, an alarm will be generated, and the components are removed manually and also tool sizes are adjusted this will help us to achieve the size at specified diameter and also to be avoid the tool breakage.
If an air gauge measures the bore size and it meets the acceptance criteria, the machine continues the process. If the size is not accepted, an alarm is generated, and the component is manually removed and placed in the Rejection Bin. Tool sizes are then adjusted accordingly, reducing the need for manual measurement.
Tooling Precision: To get a Precise result in term of surface finish and geometrical dimension we use Abhi Plated Diamond Helix Single pass honing tools.
Concurrent Spindle Honing: In our Single Pass Honing Machine we have 4 Spindles working simultaneously honing with multiple progressive.
Cooling Efficiency: We are using advanced cooling system (chiller unit) to maintain the coolant oil temperature level.
Safety Features: In our honing machine, sensor safety we are ensuring the operators safety for that we have inbuilt sensor safety certain & safety door lock.
Maintenance Alerts: Automatic notification in out machine HMI incase if any of the components need maintenance or improvement
